Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

1. Booking Amount

All booking amounts, deposits, and advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed, the booking amount cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, change of mind, failure to attend, illness, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

However, if you are unable to attend your appointment, your booking amount may be adjusted towards a new makeup booking, provided that:

  • your new appointment is booked within 3 months of the original appointment date;
  • the new appointment is for a makeup service;
  • the requested date is available; and
  • management approves the rescheduled booking.

The booking amount can only be adjusted once and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment, the booking amount will remain non-refundable.
  • Clients wishing to use their booking amount towards a future appointment must schedule their new makeup booking within 3 months of the original appointment date.
  • All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and management approval.
  • If a new appointment is not booked within the 3-month period, the booking amount will be forfeited.

3. Venue Makeup Bookings

For venue or on-location makeup bookings, all booking amounts, travel fees, and any other advance payments are non-refundable.

Where approved by management, the booking amount may be adjusted towards a new makeup booking within 3 months, subject to availability. Travel fees and other expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, management may, at its sole discretion, approve an alternative booking arrangement. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create an entitlement to a refund, transfer, or credit beyond the terms outlined in this policy.

5. Service Interruption Due to Emergency

If we are unable to provide the makeup service due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the assigned makeup artist, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement.

If a replacement cannot be arranged, we will work with the client to reschedule the appointment or provide another appropriate resolution at the discretion of management.
